As a coach, a lot of my clients come from a background of struggling to find a place in the conventional health and fitness world, or being overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice out there.

From struggling with diet fads to discovering the path to sustainable health, my journey into the world of nutrition and wellness has been deeply explorative, personal and transformative. As someone who battled with yo-yo dieting and the frustration of temporary results, I experienced first-hand the confusion and disillusionment that comes with navigating the overwhelming world of health information. My struggles were not just with food but with the entire concept of what it means to live healthily.

Driven by a desire to break free from the cycle of ineffective diets and to build a life where wellness is not just an option but a joyful standard, I founded "Roots of Wellness: Building Your Foundation in Nutrition." This program is the culmination of years of learning, experimenting, and humbly understanding that true wellness transcends quick fixes—it requires a foundation built on solid, personalized nutrition knowledge and a supportive community.
