It was the beginning of 2019, and I was feeling the weight of years spent trying to manage a career, family life, and my own health.
Despite being a fitness coach, I found myself struggling with the same issues as my clients—lack of time, motivation, and a sense of direction in my fitness routine.
I had always been passionate about health and wellness, but the routine of a 9-5 job, coupled with my responsibilities at home, left me too drained to follow my own advice.
The irony wasn’t lost on me; here I was, a fitness coach who couldn’t keep up with her own workout schedules.
My body and mind felt the strain, and I knew I needed a change.
The turning point came after a particularly stressful period at work.
I realized that if I wanted to truly lead by example, I needed to make significant changes—not just for my clients but for myself.
I decided to refocus my approach to fitness from the ground up, taking into account the real challenges everyday people face, like time constraints and lack of motivation.
I developed what I now call the "Move Eat Love Method," a program that wasn't just about losing weight or hitting the gym hard.
Instead, it focused on integrating movement into everyday life, understanding and enjoying nutrition, and fostering self-love and mental wellness.
I tested these principles on myself first, simplifying exercise routines, making them more enjoyable, and aligning them with real-life schedules.
The results were transformative.
Not only did I regain my fitness, but I also found a new joy in teaching others how to achieve the same balance.
My method proved so effective that I transitioned from my full-time job to focus solely on coaching.
I began to hold webinars, reaching out to those who felt stuck and overwhelmed by traditional fitness programs.
