Hey there, I'm Jane!

My name is Jane, and I’m a passionate fitness, movement, and nutrition coach, but more importantly, I’m someone who has dedicated years to understanding and transforming the relationship people have with their bodies and health. From battling misconceptions about fitness to overcoming personal barriers to wellness, I’ve navigated the complex space of health behavior change both personally and professionally.

Despite extensive experience and knowledge, I realized that traditional quick fixes and mainstream fitness fads often fell short of facilitating real, lasting change. This realization drove me to develop the "Oasis of Wellness," a program designed to challenge and change the way we think about health, fitness, and our bodies.

Holding multiple certifications and a deep personal connection to the struggles many face, I’ve crafted a method that combines evidence-based practices with compassionate coaching. This approach isn't found in your typical fitness book; it’s personalized, it's about making peace with your body, and it's about sustainable health.

The shit we’re covering in each workshop isn’t some random idea I came up with in the shower… it’s evidence-based practice. What does that mean? It means we’ll combine scientific research, my years of experience coaching actual humans on change, and YOUR personal perspective to create a plan & approach that works for YOU.

Application

If there’s one thing I hate in the world of behavior change, it’s procrasti-learning. We can absorb ALL the information on behavior change that exists in the universe, but it does us absolutely no good until we take action. That’s why each workshop will come with strategic action steps and a game-planning component, so you walk away knowing exactly what to DO with the fun stuff you learned.

Perspective

I am going to ask you hard questions in these workshops. I am going to push your buttons. I am going to call you out and I am going to make you think. It will not always be comfortable.
