I’m a former gym girl who spent years wishing I could get go back to spending hours in the gym even when my lfe drastically changed.Times changed and I started a 9-5 and managing a business alongside. My schedule change while i still forced the traditional routine on myself.

I tried to follow a fitness routine Igot online and almost fainted from burnout and stress. I have got a list of habits, exercise routines and meal plans that I abandoned, and years of struggling with basic routine formation. 

My exercise routines, didn't meet me where i was, in mindset, capacity, emotionally etc so i would abandon them and feel terrible about my inability to keep a fitness routine

But somehow, Nutrition and fitness Coaching program focused on behavior change - and started to leverage actual SCIENCE as a way to transform my default patterns, knowledge, my mindset, and my life.

I ditched all the random exercise program that promised drastic transformation in 90 day-because i could never keep up
